 Our coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom for Standard and Premium packages, allowing for convenient and interactive one-on-one support. Basic package members receive weekly check-ins via email.

 Absolutely! We offer customized workout plans in our Standard and Premium packages, designed to fit your fitness level, goals, and preferences. Basic package members receive a basic workout plan to get started.

Once you sign up for any of our packages, you’ll receive an invitation to join our exclusive online community. Here, you can connect with other members, share your progress, and stay motivated.

 All packages include monthly progress reports that track your achievements and provide insights into your health journey. Premium package members receive bi-weekly reports with more detailed analysis.
